Are Chocolate Makers Banning Cote d'Ivoire Chocolate?

I wanted to try to get a list of companies who have banned Cote d'Ivoire's cocoa.  Here are the articles and press releases:

Neslte: Doesn't export from Cote d'Ivoire at all, but doesn't support the ban

Caobisco: the European Union’s association for the chocolate, biscuit and confectionery industries, of which Barry Callebaut is a member, says its main concern is to ensure the provision of the raw material.

Quite honestly people, I don't know whether Gbagbo or Ouattara would be a better president, but this conflict must be resolved and a ban would certainly push pressure on both to expedite that process of resolution!
