Howdy Chocolate Freaks,
I was able to secure a seat at the bar for a Duo Tasting at La Maison du Chocolat. For $60, it's a great deal. We were pairing 3 teas and 2 coffees to at least 7 chocolates from Msr. Linxe's fine collection.
Maw-valous. Just great. Great presentation (and very knowlegdable). Combonations that were hard to believe at first, like a rasberry ganache next to a special oolong tea, tasted incredible.
I met some nice people there and look forward to trying their other tasting.
