White Chocolate Can Be REAL Chocolate

Today is national "White Chocolate Day"! Remember, white chocolate still contains cocoa butter, the fat from the cacao bean and, I believe, qualifies it for the "chocolate" classification.  If anyone disagrees, feel free to comment below!  Here's a link to Askinosie Chocolate's White Chocolate Bar, winner of a 2011 Sofi Award.  Made with goat's milk powder, it actually looks a bit green!  It tastes so great!
