As I begin this blog and this post, I carefully consider how I want to confront the public. Oh, of course it would be nice to be the everyday read of most of you, but in reality, our passion for chocolate may not be so consistant. Therefore, I go for depth. I promise to not just be a good site, but the best site for real discussion and debate about the one food we all love, chocolate.
The message I like spreading the most- Chocolate is a powerful food, so use it wisely.
